Sigma As 227 Program Comcast

This is a little suspicious since you're getting some channels but not all. If you have a digital package from Comcast, a splitter shouldn't affect just a few channels-you'd have all or nothing. I'd want to log into my Comcast account at www.comcast.net, go Help, then to Chat. Explain your situation to the on-line rep. Previous price hikes, they are blaming programming costs and capital. Comcast in Washington, D.C., raised standard cable rates by 9 percent as of January.

- Accepted AnswerHello,
The Signa S1 is the only soundbar Polk makes that doesn't learn other remotes, sorry.'They thought we were too loud, but shoot, I had four army blankets folded over my amp, and the volume level was on 2. I'm used to playin' on 10!' S.R.V.

- Drat! Well, I guess I’ll be going to Best Buy first thing tomorrow morning.
Thanks for the quick answer. - The Comcast remote I have (XR11 voice) uses either 32270 or 33429 for the AMP or Receiver setting. Does your remote ask you to enter the number for a TV, then ask if you want to program an AMP? If so, that option uses the numbers I posted above. For some reason, the POWER on the Polk does not turn off from the Comcast remote. However, the soundbar does turn off by itself shortly after detecting no signal, so that works out. Give it a try.
- I have an Xfinity XR2 remote and the (32270) code worked for me and the Polk Audio Signa X1 Sound Bar. Thanks @LeeSoFL I was lost without that.
